VMworld @ SFO

After all the waiting, hours of flight, it was all worth it. It was my first VMworld conference at San Francisco. Also my first time in USA, the 1 week trip has inspired me in creativity and the way forward in doing business. Haven’t got much time to put up the photos, but this will the first batch of photos. All the photos are stitched to create the panoramic effect.

Moscone Center, the venue where VMworld conference was held. Approximately 10,000 participants this year from all over the world.

The servers that powered the entire operation at VMworld. It’s really cool to have EMC, DELL, HP and IBM all there and running on vSphere 4

The lobby area for registration

Eating hall. This is the place for breakfast and lunch during the conference

The famous Union Square at San Francisco

Cheese Cake factory. I was told by the day tour guide that they serve the best cheeses cake in town. This store is on the 8th floor on the rooftop of Macy’s and overlooking the Union Square

Another tourist spot at Fisherman Wharf

The famous Alcatrez island that appeared on many movies. You can actually go for a 1 day tour on the island.

Pier 39 at Fisherman’s wharf. One sight that is rare to get in Asia. Count how many sea lions are there.

View behind the Golden Gate bridge

Market Street view. This is the street where most of my activities were centered at.
